We are a team of professionals in mental health, education, and counseling, dedicated to equipping parents and caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to navigate the teen years with confidence. Our mission is to cultivate strong family roots by fostering understanding, deepening connections, and providing evidence-based strategies for raising resilient, thriving teens. We have developed our foundational course, Making AdoleSense, to support parents and caregivers of teens in better understanding their incredible and often complex kids. Our course is launching March 2025!
Aliah Singh
Master of Arts- Counseling Psychology
Aliah holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, with an emphasis on school counseling and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential. With over a decade of experience as a professional school counselor, Aliah has guided middle and high school students and their families through the challenges and transitions of adolescence. Passionate about fostering resilience, confidence, and independence in teens, Aliah combines expertise in mental health, education, and family dynamics to provide meaningful support.

Hannah Takajo
Master of Arts- Special Education
Hannah holds a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Special Education from Sonoma State University. She also holds a K-12 Mild to Moderate Special Education Credential and has dedicated the past ten years to teaching and case-managing high school students in public schools. Passionate about inclusivity and student success, Hannah works closely with parents and caregivers, empowering them to be strong advocates for their children. Her expertise in special education, individualized learning, and family collaboration makes her a valuable guide in navigating the challenges of adolescence.
Caitlin Severin
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LC #87412)
Master of Science- Counseling Psychology
Caitlin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA-87412) with a Master of Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California. For the past 13 years, she has worked with teenagers and their families across private practice, the non-profit sector, and public education. With a deep understanding of adolescent development and family dynamics, Caitlin is passionate about helping teens and parents navigate the challenges of this stage with confidence and connection. Her work focuses on fostering emotional resilience, healthy communication, and personal growth.
